The material used for Big Heads is a durable PVC with a thickness of 3 mm. It has a graphic GSM of 980 and is printed with a full-color, 600DPI UV printing process on one side, with the back side in white. Printing is done directly onto the substrate.
Following are the technical specifications for good printing: 1. Photos should be 2MB or larger, or 2. Photos should be 1800 x 1800 pixels in size or larger, or 3. Photos should have resolution of 125 PPI (Pixels per Inch) or more
